Hate speech on social media: ways to combat

Abstract
The digital revolution, and with it the great spread of social media, has led to an unprecedented growth in hate speech globally, threatening human and existential security and civil peace in countries and societies in various countries of the world. This reality has resulted in hundreds of cases of violence, persecution and discrimination against groups, minorities and individuals in many countries, due to cultural, political, religious, social and other considerations.
The seriousness of the problem lies in the difficulty of eliminating it, as hatred is one of the forces that exist in human nature and the origin of creation. It is an inherited force that becomes very dangerous when reinforced by what is learned. It is an essential phenomenon in human history and one of the factors that make political history in their lives. Hence, the basic problem is related to how to reduce its risks and mitigate its spread in the context of its transformation into a belief, result and position, and fighters that govern the relationship of people to themselves and each other and the relationship of cultures and peoples, and transform them into a value, an idea and a culture that has carriers, incubating environments, and investors in hatred.
